Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Think Team Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), the operator of FlowScan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the FlowScan app you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
1. What FlowScan is
FlowScan is a mobile warehouse management service: barcode scanning, stock movements, orders, production, quality checks, deliveries and related documents. It requires an internet connection — it is not an offline app.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Accounts are for one person. Do not share credentials.
- Tell us promptly at info@thinkteam.biz if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Organizations and roles
Data you create belongs to the organization workspace you joined, not to you personally. Organization administrators can view, change, export and delete that data, and can change or revoke your access. If you leave the organization, you lose access to its records.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use FlowScan unlawfully, or to store unlawful content.
- Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or overload the service.
- Access data belonging to an organization you are not a member of.
- Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without our written permission.
- Use automated means to extract data at a scale that degrades the service for others.
5. Plans and payment
FlowScan is licensed to organizations on a per-seat basis at RM5 per active member per month. A "seat" is one member account in your organization workspace; your monthly fee is the number of seats in use multiplied by that rate.
Plans are arranged directly with us and invoiced to the organization. There is no purchase, upgrade or payment mechanism inside the mobile app, and the app never charges you. Fees are billed in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable for a period already started. Subscriptions continue until the organization cancels, effective at the end of the current billing period. Adding or removing members changes the seat count from the following billing period.
To change your plan, add seats or cancel, contact info@thinkteam.biz.
6. Your data
You keep all rights in the data you put into FlowScan. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up and display it in order to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. If you are the only member of an organization, that organization and all of its records are deleted with your account. Export anything you need first.
8. Availability
We aim to keep FlowScan available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any uptime guarantee unless a separate written service level agreement says otherwise.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if fees go unpaid, or if required by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
FlowScan supports your inventory processes but does not replace them. You remain responsible for verifying stock counts and for your own regulatory record-keeping.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use FlowScan after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
